As a person I am interested in reflecting the intertwining of natural forms within a context of those involving artificial environments and genetic manipulation. My practice reflects the infestations of other forms on the landscape and the body through a context of human destruction or natural enhancement. Sometimes these artworks occupy the whole dimensions of a room or down to holding far smaller confinements in space. Aiming to communicate emotional outbursts through silent cries; to play on the viewer’s own desires in receiving symptoms of unfrequented familiarity within the recreation of everyday augmentations – From our mundane routines of life and then turning them into forms of occupying roles not always originally intended for them.
